| Duties: | Provide full-time care and supervision to children in need of substitute parental care. Foster Parents are active members of the Treatment Team and are responsible for facilitating all aspects of care for the foster child. Foster Parents, in concert with the Case Manager, advocate on behalf of children in their care to achieve identified goals including educational, vocational, medical, and therapeutic. Foster Parents must be respectful of each child's right to confidentiality. |
| Qualifications: | *Individuals or couples with: experience working with moderate to severely emotionally and/or physically disabled children; the ability to provide a stable environment; at least 21 years of age; a valid driver's license and an insured automobile; the ability to be flexible; and willing to attend regular trainings.
